The Embignell group has been servicing our customers and business partners for nearly 20 years, working to provide our customers with access to affordable financial protection alongside products and services to help with budgeting on everyday essentials.
Since the beginning we have been serving working people with a range of protection insurance products including income protection, life insurance, personal accident and cash plans. Union Insurance Services working with major trade unions in the UK has arranged protection insurance for over 2 million members. We offer similar protection to working people across the UK.
We work with well-respected insurers which over the years have included Aegon, AIG, AXA, Covea, Chubb, Liverpool Victoria and Scottish Friendly.
The Embignell group also has a mission to provide its customers with access to savings and cashback rewards on everyday essentials. The Union Prepaid Plus prepaid card helps reduce shopping bills and encourages responsible spending and budgeting. In addition to this the Union Rewards discount shopping website was launched to provide further access to savings online.
In 2017, Embignell group established a general insurance company to underwrite the protection insurance products it provides.
